Learning Area Coordinators can publish their available time slots for Performance Management meetings, with full control over scheduling across any term and year.

Teacher Meeting Booking
Teachers can browse available slots on an interactive calendar view and book their PM meeting with one click. Upon confirmation, an Outlook calendar invitation is automatically generated with all participant details and the meeting agenda pre-filled.

Secure Document Submission
Teachers can securely upload their Performance Management documentation — including self-reflections, goal-setting documents, and evidence portfolios — directly through the portal. Access is strictly limited to the submitting teacher and their assigned Line Manager.

Document Preview & Download
Both LACs and teachers can preview uploaded documents in-browser across all formats — PDF, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint — or download them for offline reference, ensuring seamless access to PM records at any time.
